I went into it expecting things to be straightforward, but the whole time I kept trying to figure out what was actually covered and what wasn’t. I’d read one section, then have to go back and check again because it still wasn’t clear. By the end, I felt more frustrated than informed, which was annoying.

The price is really good for everything you get... I use the templates and music every week, so it feels totally worth it.

I used Motion Array for a few video projects, and while it definitely helped me move faster, I wasn’t super impressed with the originality. A lot of the templates look polished at first, but after a while you start noticing the same styles, transitions, and music popping up all over the place. It’s fine if you just need something quick, but my edits didn’t really feel that unique. I also got the vibe that the company is more focused on keeping people subscribed and pushing volume than actually making the content feel fresh. Useful in a pinch, but not my go-to if I want something that stands out...

I mean, overall the tracks sound good, honestly. Like, there are definitely some solid moments, and I enjoyed listening to most of it. But, you know, a few of the mixes feel kind of uneven here and there, like some parts stand out more than they probably should. Still, it’s a decent listen for sure.

The site was simple enough to use, and I found what I needed fast. I just felt a bit disappointed overall, like the experience was kind of bare-bones and didn’t really leave much of an impression.

I used it with both Premiere and After Effects and didn’t run into any problems. The files opened right up without any hassle, which I personally really appreciated because it saved me from having to fiddle around and troubleshoot. Straightforward and did what I needed.

It’s been really handy when I need something fresh for a project without spending forever searching around. It’s not perfect every single time, but the updates are steady, and that keeps me coming back.

I just started using this recently, it’s already saved me a ton of time. I was able to get things done way faster than usual, so right now I’m impressed

The whole thing was okay, but I really didn’t like how unclear the costs were. They kept giving vague promises about what would be covered or how much things might end up being, but I never felt like I got a straight answer. I wish they had just been upfront from the start.

The assets themselves are okay, but for some reason the search and filters feel really messy. I keep getting results that don’t seem related to what I’m looking for, and even finding simple stuff ends up taking way longer than it should.

Most of the clips look clean and are easy to blend into my edits, and I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly. But so far, everything has been exactly what they said it would be. No random fees, no weird charges popping up, just the amount I was expecting each time. I’m still watching it, but for now it’s been easy enough to trust.

I got my refund quickly, which was a nice surprise considering I wasn’t expecting much. So, credit where it’s due, thanks for handling that faster than I thought you would

I mostly use Motion Array for video templates, i both really like it and get a bit frustrated with it. Some of the templates look great and save me a ton of time, but then others feel outdated or are weirdly annoying to customize. It really depends on what you end up downloading. For the price, I think it’s decent, although I also feel like the quality should be more consistent

Most of the time the site loads okay and it does what I need, but the couple of times the downloads slowed down were annoying, especially when I was trying to get work done quickly. It hasn’t been a huge problem overall, but those hiccups are what I remember most. Still, it’s been dependable enough for my projects.

I was already tired of dealing with customer service stuff, so I wasn’t expecting much. But they replied quickly and had the issue fixed the same day, which was a relief.

I had a copyright claim pop up on one of my YouTube videos, which was definitely not what I wanted to deal with. They helped get it cleared quickly, and the whole support process was straightforward without turning into a back-and-forth headache. Happy it didn’t become a bigger issue...

I had to cancel for now, the whole process was really smooth. I appreciated that there weren’t any confusing steps or pushy prompts trying to make me stay. It only took a couple of minutes, and the confirmation came through right away, which was great.

For me, it felt like there just weren’t as many assets as I expected. The search feature works, but after using it for a while, it started to feel kind of repetitive and got old quickly.
